These terms are an agreement between you and JKNEETU SON ENTERPRISES for using this website and our products. By using them you agree to these terms. Each product may have extra terms — for Loomii see Loomii’s terms of service; if they conflict, the product terms win for that product.
Who can use our products
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or lawful guardian knows about and agrees to your use. You must not use our products if you are barred from doing so under Indian law or if we have previously banned you.
Your account
Some products, like Loomii, work without passwords: your account lives on your device. Keep your device secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames may be permanent once chosen, and we may reclaim names that impersonate others or break these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, store, adapt (for example resize) and share it only to run, improve and promote our products (for example, a story card you choose to share). You confirm you have the right to post it and that it follows our acceptable use policy.
What you must not do
You must not misuse our products — see the acceptable use policy. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, and report illegal content to authorities.
Coins, passes and paid features
Virtual items such as coins or passes are a limited licence to use features inside the app; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are bought through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app in Indian rupees, including applicable taxes. Refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy.
Invite points and merch
Points earned by inviting friends are promotional, have no cash value and may be changed, capped or withdrawn (for example in cases of fraud or self-referral). Merch rewards are subject to stock and our shipping policy.
Our intellectual property
JKNEETU SON ENTERPRISES, Loomii, our logos, illustrations, designs and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell them except as the law allows.
Third-party services
Our products link to or work with services such as Google Play, Instagram, Snapchat and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep our products running and safe, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. Anonymous messages are written by other people; we filter and moderate them but cannot guarantee every message will be kind or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using our products and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law, or if we discontinue a product (we will give reasonable notice where we can).
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our grievance officer first — most issues are solved quickly that way. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India where JKNEETU SON ENTERPRISES is registered.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the product or on this site before it applies; continuing to use our products means you accept the new terms.
