Age limits
Our products are for people aged 13 and over. Sign-up includes an age check, and accounts we find belong to younger children are removed.
Strictly prohibited
Any content or behaviour that sexualises minors, grooms or solicits them, or shares child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes messages, profile photos, usernames and links.
How we prevent and detect it
- Automatic filters on every message, plus user-set hidden words.
- One-tap report and block on every message; child-safety reports are reviewed first.
- No public profiles, searchable directories or direct messaging between strangers.
- Rate limits and device-level bans to stop repeat offenders.
How we respond
We remove the content, ban the account and device, preserve the evidence as the law requires, and report to Indian authorities through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and to other competent authorities where applicable. We cooperate fully with law enforcement.
