How refunds and cancellations work for purchases in JKNEETU SON ENTERPRISES’s products, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Loomii’s refund page covers app-specific steps.
Purchases made through Google Play
Coins and passes are sold through Google Play billing. You can ask Google for a refund directly from your Google Play order history; Google usually allows this within 48 hours of purchase. After that, contact us and we will review your request.
When we will refund
- You were charged but the coins or pass never arrived and we cannot deliver them.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- A paid feature did not work as described and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
- Your account was closed by mistake while you had an active paid pass.
When refunds are not available
- Coins already spent (for example on hints, games or templates) or passes already used, except where the law requires.
- Accounts banned for breaking our terms or acceptable use policy.
- Change of mind after the 48-hour Google Play window, unless one of the cases above applies.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@jkneetuson.tech with your username, the Google Play order ID (starts with GPA.) and what went wrong. We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Google Play, typically within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation
Passes are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. You can delete your account at any time; unused coins and remaining pass time end with the account and are not refundable unless one of the eligible cases above applies.
Merch rewards
Merch is bought with invite points, not money. You can cancel a merch order any time before it ships and your points come back in full. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.
