This policy covers physical rewards such as Loomii stickers, T-shirts and tote bags that you get with invite points.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in India only. Delivery is free — no shipping or handling charges.
Timelines
- Order review (anti-fraud checks): within 3 working days.
- Dispatch after approval: usually within 7–14 working days, subject to stock.
- Delivery after dispatch: typically 3–10 working days depending on your PIN code.
Timelines can stretch during festivals, strikes or natural events; we will keep you posted in the app.
Tracking
Order status (requested → approved → shipped → delivered) and the tracking number appear in the app under Invite friends → your orders.
Failed or returned deliveries
Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we will try once more after you confirm the details; after that the order may be cancelled and points returned.
Damaged or wrong items
Email contact@jkneetuson.tech within 7 days of delivery with your username and a photo — we will send a replacement at no cost.
Your delivery details
Name, phone and address are used only to deliver your order, shared only with the courier, and deleted once the order is delivered or cancelled.
